Under Mohamad’s leadership, NGX Global is making strides to democratize climate finance and embed real-time environmental insights into business decision making. Mohamad leads the mission to “shake up the status quo,” in environmental data by enabling accessible, transparent climate solutions for organizations, projects, and stakeholders. He brings 18+ years of experience in conventional energy until he moved into sustainable technology, data analytics, and environmental markets across the MENA and EU. Mohamad has both a Master’s degree in Environmental Offshore Engineering and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. He also brings executive educational experience in advanced negotiation and business administration.

Abdallah brings 18 years of experience in the finance industry covering everything from financial strategy, analysis, operational management and reporting across the UAE, UK, and Asia.With a B.A. in Accounting, Abdallah is a certified Public Accountant (CPA). He brings additional expertise from the Chief Financial Officer Programme at London Business School. Abdallah is also a SCA-accredited Operations Manager by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) with qualifications in UAE financial regulations and global securities operations. With his experience in financial leadership, Abdallah leads NGX Global’s financial strategy, planning, and investor engagement. He drives governance and risk management, while supporting the monetization of carbon credits and climate finance integration.

Abdallah Ahmad

CFO

Ghada is a sustainability and energy management expert with expertise in energy efficiency, building retrofits, renewable energy, carbon management & accounting, ESG reporting, and sustainability strategy. She combines technical proficiency with strategic vision to deliver impactful climate solutions. Ghada holds master’s degrees in both mechanical engineering and energy studies. She is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP), LEED AP O&M, and Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP). Her accolades include the ‘Rising Star in Sustainability and Energy Leadership’ award by the 2023 Women in Energy Summit. An advocate for women's leadership in STEM, Ghada is also a regular speaker at energy sector conferences.
